Secondary Belt Cleaner

Installed below the head (head wheel) of the belt conveyor, the direction of the tangent line along the return belt leaves the head wheel at a point of 55mm-110mm from the cutting point. The tensioner provides a certain tension to the blade, scraping off the adhesives on the belt surface.
The scraped material should fall into the head funnel and be carried away with the lower conveyor belt.
The second and first cleaners are used together for better cleaning results.
The second cleaner is equipped with heavy duty torsion spring tensioners.
